Appointment Booking Process
To request an appointment:
- use our online consult above Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm - your request will be triaged and you will receive a respone within 1 working day with your appointment details.
- This applies only if you are unable to submit an online request, phone us on 0161 865 1100, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm - A member of our team will help complete the online request on your behalf
- visit the surgery and speak with a patient coordinator who will help complete the online request on your behalf - Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
For anything non-urgent and/or routine, all requests must come through via an online request by following the link at the top of this page.
Appointments are 10 minutes long so please be aware of this. To avoid causing delays for other patients, if you have more than one problem you may be asked to make a further appointment. You are welcome to make a double appointment if you have more than one problem to discuss with the doctor.
For Urgent Matters
If you feel your concern needs urgent attention and that submitting an online request might not be appropriate, please call the surgery on 0161 865 1100. A member of our team will seek further instruction from a clinician in such cases who may advise an online request is still required or if not, an alternative solution/appointment.
Please note:
If you or someone you are caring for is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, you should call 999 immediately.
Examples of emergencies include:
-
Chest pain or pressure
-
Severe difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
-
Loss of consciousness or collapse
-
Severe bleeding that cannot be controlled
-
Suspected stroke (e.g., facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulties)
-
Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
Online requests and telephone triage are not suitable for these situations, as they may delay urgent care.
